Adventus is a tech start-up based in Australia with a huge international reach. This SaaS-based student recruitment platform enables institutions and recruitment agents to seamlessly find and transact with each other.
Laying the foundations
As the first creative copywriter to work with the business, I was given the brief of building multiple sets of tone of voice guidelines to form the basis of how Adventus communicates with its three very distinct audiences — Students, recruiters & institutions.
A strategic point of view
The global reach of Adventus already spanned far and wide, and with plans for expansion into new regions each quarter, there were a lot of stakeholders who needed information. This meant the content strategy and marketing calendar needed to work like a well-oiled machine in parallel. Who, what, where, when and why were heavily considered in the production of every video, informational tileset, LinkedIn post, demand generation and lifecycle marketing eDM, and in-app user journey update.
